We have created this bonus program for you - and for all those who like to visit us. Your currency here: Points! You collect points with every booking, every purchase or every recommendation and later exchange them for vouchers, extras or special experiences. The more active you are, the more you earn - and with each level (Rookie, Explorer, Lover, Insider or Expert) your points collection advantage increases. Quite simply: more loyalty, more love!

Our bonus program has five levels: Rookie, Explorer, Lover, Insider and Expert. The more points you collect, the higher you climb and secure exclusive benefits, more points per activity and special surprises at each level!

The more often you stay with us, the more you become part of our mountain community - and we'll show you how! Your level increases with every overnight stay and brings you more and more benefits, surprises and real favorite moments.

  • Mountain Rookie starts from 0 nights,
  • from 7 nights you become an Explorer,
  • with 21 nights you become a Lover,
  • 34 nights make you an Insider
  • and from 48 nights you reach the highest level - Mountain Expert.

It's easy - we'll keep you up to date in your Mountain Dolphins account and in our newsletter.

Technical questions

You can change your data on our website in the profile area. On the website, log in, go to your profile and then click on the "Edit profile" area. In addition, you also have the option of having your data changed by our service department. To do so, please contact us at sendlhofers@bonuspunkt.com

 

If you have forgotten your password, you can change it on our website. To do this, go to "Forgot your password?" in the login area.

You can change your password on our website at any time. To do this, go to "New password" in the profile area.

 

Registering for the Mountain Dolphins Club is very easy! You can register directly on the website from the comfort of your own home. Register when and where you want at sendlhofers.bonuspunkt.com, activate your profile, get started right away and benefit from additional advantage bonuses.

 

The membership is not limited in time, completely free of charge and can be terminated at any time.

 

The access data consists of your mail address and your personal password, which you can assign yourself when you register on our website. With your access data you can identify yourself to the service to change your personal data afterwards. You can change your selected access data in your personal profile area at any time.

 

You can find your membership number in your profile area on the website.

 

Unfortunately, the membership number is not transferable.

Any natural person who has reached the age of 18 and has their primary residence in a country of the European Economic Area or Switzerland may participate in our club program. Entrepreneurs, in particular natural persons or legal entities, are excluded from participation.

 

In this case we ask you to delete one of the two profiles, if both have already been activated. Please send an e-mail to sendlhofers@bonuspunkt.com. Please also indicate in this mail which profile (e.g. by stating the membership number) you would like to have deleted or deactivated.

You can manage the consents in your profile area. The consent to the newsletter, the release to marketing actions or postial cover letter are voluntary.

 

You can send your deletion request in writing by mail or e-mail to info@sendlhofers.com. For a quick processing of your request, please enclose your membership number or alternatively your name, address and date of birth. Your request for deletion will be processed by us within the legal period. You can also deactivate or delete your profile in your profile area.

Collect points

Our Mountain Dolphins Club offers you many opportunities to collect points. You collect points with every online activity and when you use many services. For example, you can collect points for on-site sales, purchases in the online store, online bookings, newsletter subscriptions, recommendations and much more. Points can also be credited to you manually.

The points you receive for different activities vary and depend on the respective promotion. For example, there are fixed points for online bookings and percentage points for sales.

 

1 point corresponds to 1 euro. That means: 1,000 points correspond to 1,000 euros.

 

You can find your point balance on our website in your profile area. We will also inform you about the number of points you have collected, about innovations in the club and about your personal advantage bonus in the mailings we send out.

 

It may take a few minutes for your points balance to be updated. If your points balance is not displayed correctly, please contact us here at sendlhofers@bonuspunkt.com

 

Your accumulated points do not expire and can be redeemed for a value voucher and other rewards at any time.

 

Redeem points

You can redeem your points at any time on our website. The only decisive factor for redemption is the amount of your points balance.

To redeem, simply select the desired reward and download the voucher. Alternatively, you can select a freely definable amount of points and a value voucher will be made available to you. The points will then be deducted from the current point total.

You can find your points balance and all point movements at any time under "Points" on the website.

 

You can redeem your collected points for vouchers on our website at any time under „Reward“.

 

You can find your vouchers directly in your profile area by clicking on "Voucher" on our website. In addition, you will receive your vouchers by e-mail.

 

The validity of vouchers can be found in the General Terms and Conditions.

 

During your next stay you can redeem your voucher. You can see more information in the General Terms and Conditions.

 

Invite friends

You can recommend your friends and acquaintances via e-mail, WhatsApp, Twitter, Facebook or other channels of the Mountain Dolphins Club. Your friends will receive a € 10.00 voucher as a welcome gift. If they redeem this, you will be credited with 25 points.

 

If your referral was successful - i.e. your friend or acquaintance visited us and redeemed the welcome voucher - you will receive notification of your reward. You will then be credited with 25 points.

 

Club Gallery

You click on the button "Upload your image here" in the gallery and can then upload the image file in the form. Optionally, you can also write a small message for your image.

 

You can delete your uploaded images by yourself at any time by clicking the delete icon on the image.

 

Your image must first be approved by us before it is displayed in the gallery. You will then be credited with the points.

 

You can share your uploaded images on the different channels at any time by clicking the share icon on the image.

 

You can vote for images at any time by clicking the heart icon on the image.
